The development speed of modern science and technology is really rapid. The emergence of AI's self-awareness, the rapid progress of outer space exploration, new progress in animal cloning and transplantation of animal organ into the human body, and the emergence of ultra-light artificial heart (weighting only 8 grams!), all these are that humans have once imagined or even daren't imagine.

All such Developments seemed gradually confirming some of the realms touched upon in my fiction "Clone Ladies". In the novel, the cloned heart produced by Boris Company weighs was 10 gram, and all the tasks performed by the ubiquitous robots in the story have now become a reality.

Of course, it is currently impossible to clone a person who has the thoughts, language, personality and memory that are consistent with the original person. The main issue is of soul. Is there a soul? If the soul is confirmed, next question was to explain how the souls of original one and the clone's one can be separated or combined? There is still a long way to go to get scientific confirmation of these issues.
When I was 6 years old, an old woman who was my grandmother's friend in Buddhist community. She 'lent' me to her house as a guest. It was my first time going to the countryside, and it was a single hut in a cemetery. She cooked a lot of things that I had never eaten before, and she didn't let me go home at night. The room was dark, only had a small hole on the soil wall as a 'window'. The old woman was terrible appearance .I daren't see her and daren't sleep ,and bragging with her all night. The biggest imagination I boasted to her was that; in the future, no matter how far apart , people will be able to talk to each other at any time and see each other while talKing . Who can know that a child’s fantasy 70 years ago would be fully realized by mobile video calls today.
No one can see the Wi-Fi, but it is there!
Where is the soul? Perhaps in the future, not too far , it also be confirmed. If only people live longer and keep healthy and study effort , anything is possible!
